Give Back
The Erath County Humane Society is a private, not-for-profit 501c(3) organization with the mission of providing “Kindness, Justice & Mercy to Every Living Creature” in Erath County. ECHS works together with the City of Stephenville and the County government in controlling the animal population in this area. We receive small monetary support for the shelter in an amount of $17,000 annually from the City of Stephenville and $18,000 from the county. While we greatly appreciate the monetary support from the city and the county, it simply isn’t enough. Instead, the majority of our funds and support come from people just like you. We could not achieve our mission without your support.
